This Mythic Week: Avoiding Booze, Hitting Snooze, Client Grooves, and Now, Here's the News ...

(My Original Blog Post: http://ping.fm/BOQlr)
Hello, all! Please take your seats; we have a lot to cover today. Let's get straight to it then, shall we?

First off, I hope that everyone had a safe holiday weekend. Many see Memorial Day as a day to remember those lost, some use it as a day to celebrate family, friends and the unofficial start of summer. I hope it gave you the time to reflect upon the price and value of freedom and serves as a reminder of the things in life worth fighting for. No matter how you spent the day, I hope you kept the BBQ and alcohol in check, enjoyed yourself responsibly, and are ready for what the work week will bring.

That said, it's time to stop hitting the snooze button, and wake up! The Mythic Group has a lot planned, and it's high time we let you in on some details. For one thing, you can look forward to returning here every Monday for our weekly news feature, The Monday Group. We'll talk about what The Mythic Group has been up to and the exciting projects we have coming up. We'll also direct attention to cool things that others in the small business community have going on. You can help us by letting us know.

Speaking of exciting projects, I have a meeting tomorrow regarding a music industry site for a potential client. It promises to be an intriguing implementation with some nice offline stuff involved as well. We can't wait to let you know more when it's feasible; let's hope the client selects us. If they do, what we have planned for it promises to be spectacular.

And the things we have planned for this site should be pretty impressive, too! Along with The Morning Group, we'll be doing a weekly feature across a number of online publishing platforms highlighting important subjects to small businesses. The main installment will be posted here on Tuesdays beginning June 2, and the supplemental portions of the piece will extend across the Web through several outlets, each presenting unique content that supports the main story. As the Bard once wrote, "All the world's a sidebar, and we are merely widgets." Boy, was that guy before his time.

Keep an eye on this spot for other upcoming features, other fantastic authors (each a Shakespeare in his or her own writer, I'm sure), and more from The Mythic Group!

Thank you kindly,

Ron

BTW - At 11:20 a.m. ET, ya gotta love Chauncey Billups.
